The fore deck was rotten from the stem aft (about four feet).
Before:
Workflow:
- Removed the forward rotten portion of the deck
- Repaired three feet of the stem
- Made new sheer clamps
- Made new deck beams
- Installed longitudinal stem knee
- Butt-blocked and re-planked the deck
- Fiberglassed the restored fore deck
