Starboard Side Hull and Deck Repair
We discovered about 25 feet of rotten core material on the starboard side of the 53″ Blackwell. During discovery, we found the starboard side deck compromised including the sheer clamp and deck beam assembly.
Before:
Workflow:
- Removed the fiberglass and rotten core material
- Made new sheer clamp
- Vacuum-bagged new core material along the entire side
- Re-glassed, filled, and fared the entire area
